Accessibility
Last updated: July 9, 2026Satilla Rail Services wants satillarail.com to work for everyone — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This page describes the standard we build to and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our standard
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we aim to hold that standard as the site grows. Where we find a gap, we fix it.
What that looks like here
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast minimums
- Full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Layouts that reflow cleanly on small screens and at high zoom
- Minimal, non-essential animation
Third-party content
Some content comes from third parties — embedded YouTube video on this site and, off-site, Stripe's hosted invoice pages. We don't control the accessibility of those interfaces. If one of them gives you trouble, contact us and we'll provide the same information or service another way.
Feedback
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need its content in another format, email [email protected]. Feedback goes directly to the people who build and maintain the site, and reported barriers are treated as defects to fix — not suggestions to consider.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. New pages and features are built and reviewed against the same standard, and this statement is updated when the site changes.
